Baby Yoga – Warrior Poses

In this short sequence we focus on Warrior and Triangle Poses. We are holding the baby in our arms or have the baby sit on our thighs.
Side note for when your baby isn’t old enough to be able to sit on her own yet: For the sake and health of your baby’s spinal development, make sure to support your baby well when sitting on your thighs! If unsure please refer to your midwife or medical provider.
