Fit Mama Flow

This class is designed for the more experienced pregnant yogini, feeling healthy and fit and looking for a little more vigorous sequence.  Make sure, however, not to overstretch! Hormonal changes make that happen pretty easily so stay a bit further away from the very edge to be safe. This might actually be the true challenge of this class – please take it! If you are used to a physical style of practice it can often be difficult to not cling to your previous abilities but to accept that pregancy is the time to honour the profound changes that happen in your body rather than taking your practice to the next level. Props: 2 blocks, blanket, a couple of pillows
