Gentle Prenatal Flow

This relatively gentle class introduces ways to accommodate your growing belly without sacrificing the qualities and benefits of a Vinyasa style of practice you’ve enjoyed before becoming pregnant. It’s designed to be encompassing for the days when you want a bit of everything and move your body through a sweet warm-up sitting on the floor, open your hips and mobilise the spine before flowing though a sequence of standing poses from where we take it back to the floor again, always moving at an accessible pace.
Props: 2 blocks, blanket, bolster or couple of firmer pillows
