Get up stand up!
For whatever reason you want to stick to standing poses…. Whether it’s because you don’t have a mat handy or you need to generate heat quickly and the circumstances don’t allow for spending time lying or sitting on the floor, whether it’s because you want to give your wrists a break or you simply need an energy boost – standing poses have an energising effect, especially when sequenced in a flow.
This is a complete and strong practice, which will get your blood moving. And here’s my promise: although we completely skip down dogs, planks and vinyasas you won’t feel like missing anything! Give it a try!
Suggested props: none, you won’t even need a mat and if the outdoor temperature requires so then yes, you might even wanna keep your shoes on!
