"Hello Sunshine!" - Flow


#level 1, #all-around practice


We meet at the top of the mat standing, from where we stretch and strengthen your entire body through a series of sun salutations! The practice is designed for newer students, and others that are happy to review some basics with a little bit more in-depth instruction.

We start unrushed and simple before moving at a slightly more flowy pace as we change perspective and orientation in 360°-salutations. This is a complete and straightforward sequence, which will cultivate heat, lubricate the joints, oxygenate the lungs, and quiet the mind in a meditation through movement.
