"Hello Sunshine" - Flow
We meet at the top of the mat in Mountain Pose, Tadasana, from where we flow through a series of sun salutations. We start unrushed and simple before moving at a more flowy pace, changing perspective and orientation in 360°-salutations, weaving in standing poses and „3-legged" rounds, all of which will keep your mind from wandering off too easily into thought.
This is a straightforward sequence, which will cultivate heat, lubricate the joints, oxygenate the lungs, and quiet the mind in a meditation through movement.
Side note: Since we are going to turn around 180° at some point it helps if your device stands a little bit to your left rather than straight in front of you!
