Only because this practice is short enough to squeeze into a busy day, don’t let your “to-go” mentality take over and yoga just be another thing to tick off the list! On the mat, there’s no such thing as a to-do list. This time is yours and yours only, 45 minutes to immerse into the moment and to embrace everything it has to offer.
This is an all-around practice, rather short and spicy. I hope you get a sense of the space and magnificence of this awe-inspiring masterpiece of nature – although joining this practice in the comfort of your home. Inhale deeply, get ready and spread your wings!
