Third-Trimester Prenatal Yoga

This sequence is especially geared towards the third trimester of pregnancy. Gentle physical movement supports the body in maintaining its suppleness and range of motion necessary for an easier birth. We put enhanced focus on mudras, breath and pelvic floor work, which can all be valuable tools to help you “surf” the waves of contractions during labour more skilfully and to increase both confidence and trust in your own ability and strength!
