TLC for your shoulders

This is a pretty straightforward sequence that is valuable not only if you are pregnant or breastfeeding but if you tend to hunch your shoulders and upper back for whatever other reason and look for some spaciousness and mobility in that area.

Props: sturdy chair, 2 blocks, yoga belt (or long scarf), blanket

Duration: 50 minutes
