​​​This midday recharge flow is sequenced and paced in such way that you will leave class feeling refreshed, focused and energised for the rest of the day. We address the entire body, unwinding tension everywhere from the tips of the toes to the crown of the head, balancing conscious activation and conscious release. Every week we do that in a new and different way, digging into the many nuances of movement and postural alignment.
​​​Group size is kept small and limited to 12 participants max. Like that you can be sure that my attention is yours, I can be sure that nobody is left behind, irrespective of age or medical history.
My background as a Breathcoach means that Breathwork is an integrate part of my classes and teaching. I want to equip my students with the knowledge and understanding how we can use the breath as a tool to gain access (hence control) to our nervous system, instead of being uncontrollably bounced around by our environment.
My background as a massage practitioner means that, if you wish, you get to enjoy a short but sweet neck massage whilst lying in Savasana :) More about my philosophy and style of teaching under About.

​Practical info:
At Kongsgata 44 we have all the equipment you need, but you can certainly bring your own mat. Great if you manage to be 10 minutes early, allowing some time for a cup of tea, to arrive and settle. Before class, please let me know about previous injuries or physical complaints. ​Also, do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you might have!
